✅ Active Licensure & Certifications:
– Valid, state-specific license for your role (e.g., RN, MD, PA, NP, CRNA).
– Current certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, CST) as required by your specialty.
– Board certification (if applicable to your role, such as medical or anesthesiologists).
✅ Education & Experience:

Role-Specific Requirements
1. Physicians & Medical:
– Board certification in your specialty (e.g., General Surgery, Cardiology, Orthopedics).
– Active DEA license (if prescribing medications).
2. Advanced Practice Providers (NPs, PAs):
– National certification (e.g., AANP, NCCPA).
– State prescriptive authority (if applicable).
3. Nursing & Support Staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs):
– Valid state nursing license (RN/LPN) or CNA certification.
– Experience in clinical settings such as ICU, ER, or medical units.
4. Medical Technologists & Anesthesiology Teams:
– Certification as a CST (Certified Medical Technologist) or equivalent.
– For CRNAs: NBCRNA certification and state APRN license.
5. Phlebotomists & Clinical Support:
– Phlebotomy certification (CPT) or state-required credentials.
– Experience with venipuncture, specimen handling, and patient interaction.
